Woke up, Danielle and Ruby made me a breakfast of oatmeal with lots of fruit and nuts, and an english muffin with coconut oil.

I had an interesting experience this morning. I got hypnotised by a professional hypnotherapist. The guy is a friend of mine, the tall, blonde, beautiful Christopher O'Dell.
